(AUTOMOTIVE OILS & LUBRICANTS SEGMENT)

Position available for Malaysia, Cambodia and Philippines

The Regional Sales Manager drives business growth through the sales of Dynamo Lubricants oils and lubricants within an assigned region (“Authorised Region”) of the country. This position works closely with and reports to the Country Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

You will plan, strategise, and execute the following duties and responsibilities to the best of your talents and abilities.

  • Manage a sustainable and profitable portfolio of customers and prospects in the Authorised Region by delivering positive sales growth through meeting or exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals, targets and initiatives.
  • Develop new business accounts through a deep understanding of the regional market and developing a customer acquisition pipeline.
  • Grow and retain existing customer accounts within the Authorised Region by building upon and developing positive and meaningful relationships.
  • Conduct and coordinate regional sales activities that relate directly to the Authorised Region’s business turnover.
  • Support and execute strategies relating to sales-specific offers, promotions, events, and communications in accordance with brand marketing strategies.
  • Represent the Dynamo Lubricants brand by leading and supporting the assigned team of Area Sales Manager in cultivating strong and meaningful relationships with workshops, dealers, and partners of the Authorised Region.
  • Influence, coach, and empower Area Sales Managers in order to support performance and career development.
  • Regularly review the performance of Area Sales Managers and their managed business accounts.
  • Lead through example while ensuring Area Sales Managers comply with Dynamo Lubricants’ values, code of conduct, and brand guidelines.
  • Strategise, plan, and work closely with the Country Sales Manager to achieve goals and objectives while together ensuring strategic priorities are fulfilled within the region.
  • Work with Dynamo Lubricants’ Product Specialists, as well as teammates from Marketing and Business Development to achieve region goals.

Requirements

Candidates who possess most of the following characteristics, experiences, traits, and proficiencies stand a greater chance to be short-listed.

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in any field of study.
  • At least five (5) years of working experience in B2B and/or B2C sales and/or marketing.
  • Experience in automotive and/or industrial oils and lubricants, or automotive engineering is required.
  • Self-motivated with effective leadership and organisational skills.
  • High level of EQ, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Target and objective-driven. Even better if momentum-driven.
  • Be ego-less. The success of your team equals your success. Do bring along your unique skills and positive attitude with a team spirit and mentality that enriches and inspires one another!
  • Primarily working in Authorised Region but willing to travel.
  • Proficient in English (Spoken and Written) and local/national language.
