Dynalux CA Complex Grease is a premium quality special application grease which is manufactured from solvent refined mineral oils, a calcium complex soap thickener and additives to provide additional protection from wear in arduous operating conditions.

Dynalux CA Complex Grease are calcium-complex base greases for anti-friction and plain bearings operating at medium speed under heavy and/or severe shock loads. Due to their excellent water-repellent characteristics these greases are successfully used for bearing lubrication of steel mills, cane crushers and mill rolls of sugar factories. Dynalux CA Complex Grease are used by various steel plants in centralized grease lubrication systems and are also recommended for grease lubricated gear couplings.

Application

Dynalux CA Complex Grease is recommended for inboard constant velocity joints (C.V.J.) and for general medium to high speed bearing applications including electric motor bearings. These calcium complex greases have excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation. They protect against wear and withstand high pressures for long periods over a wide range of operating temperatures, resist water wash out and washing by mild acid and alkaline solutions, providing protection against rusting and corrosion. This protection is achieved by additive technology avoiding the use of lead compounds.
