Dynalux CA Sulphonate Complex is a premium multipurpose grease which has been formulated to lubricate rolling element bearings in industrial machinery operating at high temperatures under wet, heavily loaded conditions.

Dynalux CA Sulphonate Complex are premium quality modified calcium sulphonate complex greases suitable for lubrication over a wide temperature range of (-)10ºC to + 180ºC and has excellent pumpability characteristics making it specially suitable for centralized lubrication systems of large industrial units.

Dynalux CA Sulphonate Complex Greases are recommended for wide range of industrial applications where high temperatures are encountered. Dynalux CA Sulphonate Complex Grease is incorporated with solid lubricants for superior performance under conditions of high load, high temperature & ingress of water.

Dynalux CA Sulphonate Complex greases are available in NLGI 0,1, 1.5

 Excellent resistance to water and corrosion. The calcium sulfonate thickener system protects against water washout and bearing corrosion under challenging conditions.
Exceptional mechanical stability. Resists softening under mechanical shear in the presence of process water contamination.
High load carrying properties. Excellent extreme pressure protection at low to moderate speeds is provided by the grease thickener system.
Excellent thermal stability. Resists oxidation and oil separation at high temperatures, and provides excellent life in accelerated bearing life tests.

Application

Dynalux CA Sulphonate Complex Grease are ideal choice for Steel Plant applications such as continuous casters, couplings, oscillators, run out rolls, blowers, furnace doors etc. They are also suitable for Mining Industries for applications such as rock crushers, conveyor, drilling machinery etc.

Dynalux CA Sulphonate Complex Grease is recommended for lubrication of rolling element bearings in machinery operating at high temperatures where resistance to water washing and corrosion are important.
