Dyna Gear Plus, API GL5 is an extra high-performance semi synthetic gear lubricant formulated from selected base oils & an advanced additive system. Used for on-highway light-and heavy-duty trucks, buses, vans and cars. Provides excellent chemical & thermal stability at elevated bulk oil temperatures, performs well at low temperatures, & has demonstrated good protection from rust resulting from water contamination & wet conditions.
Heavy-duty manual transmissions, axles & final drives requiring API GL5 gear oil & MT-1 level performance. On-highway light- & heavy-duty trucks, buses, vans and cars. Off-highway industries, including construction, mining, quarrying & agriculture. Other heavy-duty industrial & automotive applications involving hypoid & other gears operating under conditions where high speed/shock load, high speed/low torque, &/or low speed/high torque conditions prevail. Initial fill, top-up & refill of enclosed commercial gearing in manual or semi-automatic transmissions where gear lubricants are recommended, including drive axles & final drives. Not recommended for applications requiring API GL4 level performance. Not intended for transmissions for which engine oil or automatic transmission fluids are recommended.
